Closure: Diam cork with Wax Seal

Fruit Source: Freemans Vineyard Hilltops (Hilltops Region)

Colour: Bright amber in colour with a clear edge

Aromas: Freshly crushed green apples skin with a hint of white peach and a touch of oak.

Palate: A dry zesty palate leading to a well rounded a balanced mouthfeel tapering off to a long

lingering tangy finish.

Wine making: A single small batch Variety given 4 day skin soak to extract flavour and aromatics.

Pressed off and run straight to seasoned French oak and inoculated for a 100% barrel ferment for

2 weeks. Left in oak for 4 months before being blended together in stainless steel and left for 10

months to naturally settle until clear. Left unfiltered and bottled under a DIAM cork and wax

sealed by hand.
